How Are You (HAY) Textile Industries Limited – Crystal Group Subsidiary
Operating under a dedicated design-and-build arrangement, NEABL delivered a resilient anti-flood solution for this textile campus in Gazipur. The scope involved the hydrological and hydraulic design and subsequent construction of an extensive reinforced concrete (RC) box culvert network and a specialized overflow tank. NEABL managed the entire project lifecycle, including catchment delineation, structural engineering, and phased execution to ensure zero downtime for the factory’s live industrial operations.
IFAD Autos Ltd. – Ashok Leyland Car Assembly Plant
NEABL successfully executed several turnkey projects for IFAD Autos at their Dhamrai industrial site. This included the design and build of a Car Assembly Plant and a Cabin Manufacturing Building. NEABL’s involvement spanned from initial planning and detailed structural drawing to the fabrication of steel structures and the construction of high-tolerance industrial flooring. Additionally, the company delivered a specialized Brake Tester Machine Building, providing a complete solution that included design, piling, and civil works.
GILDAN (G.A.B. Ltd.) / SDS International Ltd. – Kohinoor Complex
For the GILDAN Kohinoor Complex in Savar, NEABL served as a local construction advisor and contractor for the foundation project. The project scope for this 500,000-square-foot facility included consultancy, structural surveying, and engineering for the RCC foundation up to the plinth level. The work also involved the design and installation of over 5,000 pre-cast piles and conducting static load tests to ensure structural integrity.
Ispahani Summit Alliance Terminal Limited (ISATL)
NEABL provided integrated design and construction services for high-tolerance flooring systems at ISATL’s Bonded Warehouse and Container Freight Station (CFS) in Chittagong. The company was responsible for the floor slab design, structural drawing, and MS rod fabrication, alongside the construction of super-flat floors reaching FF-100 standards. These projects required specialized engineering to support high-volume logistics and heavy Material Handling Equipment.
Ashok Leyland Ltd. – Cabin Manufacturing Project
In a milestone achievement, NEABL completed a turnkey-based Cabin Manufacturing Project for Ashok Leyland Ltd., marking the first deployment of its kind in Bangladesh. The company acted as the consultant and designer, handling the project from initial drawing and structural engineering through to the construction of the steel structure and civil works.
Singer Bangladesh Limited – Home Appliances Plant
Working as a primary subcontractor for TOA Corporation, NEABL provided consultancy and construction services for Singer’s major manufacturing facility in the Narayanganj economic zone. The project scope included detailed civil work for industrial buildings, ranging from earthwork and pile cap casting to the structural construction of columns and slabs across a total project area of approximately 1.45 million square feet.
Badshah Group – Pioneer Denim Limited
NEABL has delivered large-scale industrial solutions for the Badshah Group, including planning, detailed drawing, and cost estimation for advanced flooring systems at the Pioneer Denim factory.
