Job Description / Responsibility

- Search and Visit Clients, Corporations, Companies and offer them our service.

- Communicate with the customers and handle their queries.

- Prepare Visit report.

- Maintaining a good relationship with the customers.

- Retain old clients and attain new ones.

- Fulfilling target monthly and quarterly.

- Creating new corporate/industrial or group customer who will be eligible to receive our service.

- Online E-mail marketing.
-
- Evaluate vendors’ offer & performance based on quality standards, delivery time, & best prices.

Educational Requirements
-
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (will be preferable)/ Graduate in any discipline/ H.S.C
Job Requirements
-
- At least 3 years experiences in construction marketing relevant field.

- Age 22 to 40 year(s).

- The applicants should have sound knowledge in the following business area(s): Construction building materials, Paints, Chemicals, Flooring system (such as Epoxy, PU), Water proofing, Super Flat Floor, PEB (Pre-Engineered Building), Industrial Building and Warehouse.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Materials/ Products/ Construction Business, Business Analyst, Technical Sales/ Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Service Company.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

- Only males are allowed to apply.

- Proven working experience in Civil Engineering related fields.

- To make necessary communication with the consultant, Architect & various clients.

- Engineering, Construction Company related experience will get preference.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Good in written and spoken in Bangla and English.

- Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, Internet, and E-mail.

- Computer Literacy is a must especially in MS Excel.

- As per company demands candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
